Fun, social & relaxing table tennis - it can be competitive as you & your opponent wish to make it. It is quick to learn and no special kit or clothing is required. Table Tennis has been shown to stimulate brain activity and help positivity.
These weekly sessions aim to improve mental health through physical activity & social engagement. Sessions are designed to support people who experience generalised anxiety, stress, PTSD & other conditions.

Every Monday - 2pm to 3pm - £2 per person - Adults 18+
