Bedfordshire CAMHS are running a programme of information sessions for parents around child and adolescent emotional wellbeing.
The sessions are open to all parents/carers and siblings over the age of 18. Children and young people themselves CANNOT attend. The sessions will provide information and advice about a range of topics, local services as well as strategies to help support and maintain positive emotional wellbeing in children and adolescents.
This event in particular will focus on low mood, self harm and suicide to enable you to support the children/young people in your life. We will cover both signs and symptoms as well as strategies to help manage these difficulties.
Short break and refreshments provided.
