About this event
All adult carers and former carers are invited to this morning workshop covering the five ways to wellbeing:
Connect ~ Active ~ Notice ~ Learn ~ Give
We will be looking at tips and strategies that promote positive wellbeing. Meet our wellbeing and support practitioners as well as other carers. Take part in a mini chair yoga practice and learn hand massage.
We will be serving a light lunch to finish the morning.
A suggested donation of £5.00 inclusive of lunch.
