Joint Forward Plan Survey

NHS Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes Integrated Care Board (BLMK ICB) is developing its Joint Forward Plan for how to deliver health and care services in the future.

Survey for residents

 They would like to understand residents’ views of the draft Joint Forward Plan, the views captured will help shape the final plan which will be published on 30 June 2023.
