Healthwatch Bedford Borough work programme 2023-2024
Each year, Healthwatch Bedford Borough puts together a work programme that reflects the health and social care needs of the area.
By listening to local people, we can identify areas where services are working well and should be used as 'best practice' and highlight where improvements are needed.
After undertaking a Listening Survey during the first part of 2023, we have produced both a report on our findings, decided our five key priority areas for 2023/24 and have developed our work programme based on common themes and feedback.
