PNA resident survey 2025 for Bedford Borough
This will look at what pharmacy services each area has, where they are located and what pharmacy services might be needed in the future. It is important to gather views of residents living in this area to understand how residents access pharmacy services.
This survey is being conducted to better understand local people's views on the pharmacy services in your area. Pharmacies provide over-the-counter medicines, as well as those that your General Practice (GP) prescribes. They can also offer health advice and information. Your opinions are valuable in helping us plan for the future to ensure high quality and easily accessible services.
There are no right or wrong answers to this questionnaire and you cannot be identified from any of the information and answers given. The information will only be used to inform the Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment. All data is aggregated (combined together) and individuals cannot be identified from the data.
Please do not write any personal details (e.g. your name, address, contact details) anywhere on this form.
