Translating With Communities
To help communities who may be at higher risk, St John Ambulance have created a series of First Aid resources to help communities respond in an emergency.
St John, together with the NHS and the British Islamic Medical Association, have created a package of resources including a thought-provoking short film, with Urdu speaking communities, and informative guides to raise awareness of the risk of cardiac arrest in the South Asian community and how to perform CPR and use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) to help someone’s chances of survival.
