After the difficult last 6 months the Bedford Borough Parent Carer Forum wanted to offer some wellbeing sessions to their parent carers.
'We asked what you wanted us to organise and overwhelmingly you said that you wanted a relaxing pilates/yoga session so we have organised 2 sessions which are open to any parent carers of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in Bedford Borough. You are welcome to attend one or both sessions. They will both be virtual so you can do it in the comfort of your own home.
