More healthcare professionals given powers to certify fit notes
From 1st July, a wider range of healthcare professionals including nurses, occupational therapists, pharmacists and physiotherapists will be able to certify fit notes.
This change will:
✅ ease pressure on GPs
✅ reduce bureaucracy in the NHS
